What is the best way to lose weight the quickest in less than 24hrs?

I don’t care how much I just need to work something off before I go on stage. Very paranoid about pouncing into the arms of my co-star. :-/ Any tips or day diets please?

    don’t eat anything silly.
    and do sit ups until you throw up.
    then run until you pass out.

    You can only lose water weight in such a short amount of time. Wrestlers accomplish this by spitting as much as they can and even by wrapping themselves in plastic garbage bags and running so they will sweat it out. However, getting in such a dehydrated state is probably not such a good idea before going on stage, particularly if there is singing and/or dancing involved.

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    you cant and must not try and reduce your weight drastically and not in 24 hours .
    you should lose weight gradually and eat the right foods and burn of fat with exercise .
    in the first few days of a diet you lose excess fluids and what your proposing is dangerous

    Hit the gym and do lots of reps with weights. Your arms will look more toned but just for a while. Also do lots of situps and ab work. If you just eat fruit and drink water in 24 hours you can lose about a pound maybe 2.

    you can start off by not eating any fried foods! and if you do decide to eat fried foods maybe once a month.. i prefer not to eat fried foods at all. eat a lot of whole grains with your meals if you want. Be sure not to starve yourself! If you do, you tend to wanna eat more at meal times and you really wont care what your gonna eat as long as your belly is being fed. So try to keep a snack with you at all times. Eat breakfast. then eat a healthy snack 3 hours later. then comes lunch. 3 hours after lunch eat another small snack like granola bar, yogurt or fruit. now its dinner time. and 3 hour after dinner (if you feel cravings for food) just grab some celery (keep in mind celery have about no calories at all) or some other vegetable. and off to bed you go.. (try to eat meats with the least amount of fat like turkey, chicken or fish).. now to the exercise part.. you should exercise every other day if that suits you. if you don’t exercise much.. start off light. doing brisk walks for 20 minutes a day. when you feel your body being able to do and want more of the workout. increase the time to 30 minutes and start jogging.. do other exercises as well that will help you loose fat a little faster. doing cardio is one of the best. but I will say don’t let your body become its own weight that keeps holding you back. keep trying to improve yourself everyday!! don’t worry about what your going to eat tomorrow or how much your gonna run tomorrow. worry just about the day your going through. it’ll take the load of stress off your back. good luck!! :)

    If you know correct diet info and way, diet is easy. If you are very serious, you should have fast diet way that works for you. I highly recommend you my diet way for you. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks and it was very fast. You can do it too. You can get more info from link below.

    Don’t bother, you have left it too late and will only do yourself harm. Eat less and exercise over a sustained period, you can make good advances between 2-4 weeks if you are deadly serious.

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.

    Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :

    1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)

    2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)

    3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)

    4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)

    My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.

    I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised.

    My wife did it through a diet center that she paid quite a bit of money to. Of course, she got supplements and stuff through them that I couldn’t get.

    Forget fat weight loss!! Gradual 1 to 2 pounds a week is the best. I lost 30 pounds all fat, doing this routine. As far as exercise I did 3 mornings of cardio for about 45 mins. alternating with 90 mins. of light weight lifting the other 3 days. Sunday off.

    In order to lose weight I ate 5 to 6 small meals (300 to 500 calories each) and did juicing for 2 of those. I never eat the same caloric content for each day. I think calorie shifting fools your body into thinking its not on a diet. Start your first meal at 7am and the last one at 5pm. Only drink water after 5pm. Throw in a little morning aerobics to rev up the metabolism for the rest of the day.     One more thing, for motivation I took very revealing photos of myself in my underwear and posted these on the fridge, mirrors, car dash, etc. I also wrote my body fat measurement on these pictures. Take pictures once each month to see your progress, This works!! Also, journal your progress and adjust exercise and diet as necessary.
